Cycling from Chinon to Saumur, a historical ride !
This tour whch will delight you with the diversity of its landscapes and its historical heritage takes you on the banks of the Loire and through hillside vineyards. We cross several picturesque villages : Candes-Saint-Martin, Montsoreau, Turquant and Saumur. This tour which takes you mainly on cycling paths unveil the secrets of chenin and cabernet franc, local grape varieties used for the AOC Saumur Champigny and cremants of Saumur.
